LED Florida provides many different LED lighting and grip rentals for television and film professionals. We specialize in on location broadcasting events. LED Florida was started by lighting directors with multiple decades of experience on and off the field. They saw the need to provide professional experience and advice in the lighting equipment world.
What We Do
LED Florida rents and leases LED lightings and grips to many different broadcasting professionals working on location. We have the largest inventory for rentals in the country. We carry a full complete line of Aayden products.
Our equipment is ideal for remote on location situations and sets. What separates us from other lighting equipment rental companies is that we ship to your site; anywhere in North America and the Caribbean.
We offer Emmy Award winning television lighting and consulting. It doesn’t matter if you’re lighting a small stand up, a six person set on the warming track, or lighting an entire street, we have a full complete line of LED products to fit your needs and requirements.
Our Experience
It all began in the 1990’s, we were Lighting Directors on a college football tour that was to span the country, with 4 shows, each from a different school. Those first shows were relatively small but that changed as the years went by. The show evolved into a full-blown studio show, with multiple sets and locations, being televised across the country from a different campus each week. Ever try and get lights in Manhattan, Kansas, or State College, PA, it’s not easy. We had to adjust and learn how to get our gear to and from the jobs, without breaking the budget. It also showed us the importance of getting the right gear on the job.
As the jobs grew, so did our gear. We can now offer that gear to other industry professionals. The right gear for the right job, when and where you need it.
The Equipment
It all depends on the situation, and we’ve seen a lot of them. With a full line of AadynTech lights, we have the right solution for projects as small as a stand up, or as large as a full studio show. We recognized the benefits of battery-operated lights for those “less than ideal” situations. We also have silks, stage scrims, small DMX packages, and expendables. We have partnered with a Global Logistics Company, which allows us to get a shipment on site, on the day and time you need it there. All gear ships in lightweight, weatherproof cases, reducing shipping costs. Arrangements can also be made with shippers such as UPS or FedEx, offering a more economical option.
